During an internship at a Yangzhou hospital, Amy Wang encountered an American business owner from Best Plush Inc., an outsourcer of promotional products for the U.S. based businesses. He asked Amy if she could find someone to act as their local agent to oversee their purchases from the Yangzhou region. This conversation inspired Amy to start a new career once she graduated from medical school in 2015, leading to the creation of Yangzhou Change LLC. "I love Yangzhou City because the people and the city are very nice, similar to Lijiang City, Yunnan Province where I was born, not to mention I love stuffed animals," Amy recalled, explaining her determination to make a swift career change.

Initially, Amy worked closely with experienced salespersons from Best Plush Inc. in offices, workshops, and factories across Yangzhou City, Yancheng City, Xuzhou City, Anhui, and Zhejiang Provinces. As a quick learner and hard worker, Amy rapidly acquired knowledge and skills in manufacturing, international trade, shipping, and US safety compliance standards. Concurrently, she worked with various plush factories to deepen her fabric knowledge and strengthen relationships with factory managers, owners, and shipping brokers. Within two years, Amy became a competent independent contractor, adept at managing every step from inquiry to quotation, order placement to monitoring and correction, product testing to inspection and dispatch, and export clearance to US import and delivery.

In response to the growing demand for their services, in 2024, Amy's husband and a best friend joined her, establishing Change Co. They are now ready to welcome all US companies that purchase products from Jiangsu Province with open arms.
