• Purchase Order Processing

• Order Placement and Follow-Up, Including shipping mark and sewn-in label creation, preproduction sample sign-off, mid-term inspection, safety compliance test, order status tracking, product inspection, and dispatch management.

• Prepare Necessary Documents for Export and FInal Invoice Settlement.

• Submit the Inspection Report, Test Reports, and Shipping Documents.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:

• Rendering Design: Translating the client's vision and specifications into visual representations that accurately depict the desired product.

• Prototype Design and Modifications: Overseeing the development of prototypes based on the approved rendering designs.

• Image and Video Documentation: Capturing high-quality images and videos of the prototypes to provide visual updates to the client.

• Feedback Incorporation: Communicating the client's feedback and suggestions to the factory responsible for manufacturing the prototypes.

• Prototype Shipment: Arranging the shipment of prototypes to the designated location upon the client's instructions.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS:

• Freight Quotes: Securing quotes from three sources.

• Dispatch, Export, and Delivery: Making proper arrangements for the dispatch, export, and delivery to the destination.

• Proof of Delivery: Obtaining the proof of delivery.

 

FACTORY ASSESSMENT AND RECRUITMENT:

• Factory Oversight: Overseeing factories and suppliers, and continuously reviewing and assessing their operations and performance.

• Recruitment: Playing a constructive role in hiring new factories or suppliers as necessary, under the client's guidance.
